摘    要:食品安全是关系人类生存与健康发展的永恒话题。为了适应社会发展的需要,出现了新的专业.食品质量与安全专业。本文结合医学院校自身的优势,将中医药学与食品质量与安全相结合,在人才培养、专业课程设置、教学方法以及教师队伍等方面提出了食品质量与安全专业发展建设的几点建议,为创办出特色的食品质量与安全专业提供借鉴的思路。

Abstract:Food safety is an eternal topic related to human survival and healthy development. As a new specialty, Food Quality and Safety emerged, in order to meet the needs of the development of society. In this paper, we combined the traditional Chinese medicine with food quality and safety, and proposed a few opinions on the development of specialty about talent cultivation, professional curriculum, teaching methods, and so on, which can orovide reference for establishin~ characteristic snecialized subjects.
