| 摘 要： | 学生评教管理系统设计得过于简单,导致学生可以弃评和烂评,并且不负任何责任;导致部分教师为了讨好学生而放松要求,导致成绩泡沫。本文通过完善学生评教管理办法的数学模型,规范教师给学生的打分行为和学生给教师的打分行为,能够比较客观地评价教师的教学质量。
