成都市某大型企业传染病风险及防制对策分析

目的：分析某大型企业传染病发生风险因素，探讨防制对策。方法：设计调查表，进行现场调查，结合本地传染病历史数据和文献进行分析。结果：在没有暴发疫情的情况下，该企业传染病年总体发病数在233例以上。该企业具有员工数量大、流动性强、18—25岁年龄组占81．25％等特点，员工存在免疫空白、人群密度高、自我保护能力差、人员接触密切、配套措施不足等风险。结论：该企业可能发生暴发疫情的传染病危险度分为高、中、低三个等级；防制对策主要有加强疾病监测、健康教育、适时接种疫苗等。

Analysis and Countermeasures of Prevention and Control of Infectious Disease Risk in a Large Enterprise in Chengdu City

Objectives To analyze the risk factors for infectious diseases of a large enterprise and to discuss the prevention and control countermeasures. Methods Questionnaire and on-site survey were used to collect data for the analysis of local infectious diseases combined with historical data and literature.Results In the absence of an outbreak of infectious disease,the overall incidence of this enterprise is 233 cases.The enterprise has a large number of employees with the risk of strong liquidity, lack of immunity, high population density, and poor protection measures. Conclusion The outbreak risk of this enterprise may be divided into three degrees.The prevention measures are to strengthen disease surveillance,health education,timely vaccination,etc.
