电子废弃物的资源化回收利用

电子工业的迅猛发展，提高了电子产品的普及率，加快了电子产品的更新换代，同时也使得大量废旧电子产品堆存。本文简要介绍了电子废弃物引发的环境污染、资源浪费等问题及电子废弃物资源化回收利用的意义，在此基础上，详细总结了现有的电子废弃物资源化回收利用方法及各国在促进电子废弃物再生资源化利用的政策、法律、法规方面所做的努力。

Recycling of Waste Electric and Electronic Equipment

The rapid development of electronic industry continues to accelerate the population and replacement of electronic equipment,however,to result in the significant increase of waste electric and electronic equipment (WEEE).This paper principally aims at highlighting the necessity and progress on draft legislation and research into the reuse,recycling of WEEE,based on the fact that treatment of WEEE is an important subject not only from the point of waste treatment but also from the aspect of valuable materials recovery due to their hazardous as well as valuable contents.
