| 摘 要： | 基于普通本科院校大学生创新性实验计划面临的培养目标不明确,缺乏合理的实施原则以及学校管理缺失,学生很难获得创新思维培养等问题,提出改革评定体制,深入科研氛围以及改革管理体制的若干建议,以期更好推行该计划的实施,培养学生的创新实验能力。

| Abstract: | College student innovation program in local colleges and universities has encountered some predicaments, such as the indeterminacy of cultivating objective, the absence of logical practical methods and misgovernment, which have resulted in a series of problem. Students are very difficult to gain the thinking of innovation and improve the practical ability. Reformation of the evaluation system should be carried out. In addition, some measures in management should be advanced synchronously to put the program into practical effect. |
