| 摘 要： | 采用理论分析与现场测试相结合的方法,结合徐州某热电厂#1机组实际情况,讨论了转子后移对机组经济性的影响。通过热力学理论分析得出了转子后降低机组经济性的原因:(1)转子后移造成动叶叶片撞击损失增加;(2)转子后移造成前轴封、隔板轴封、动叶叶顶漏汽损失增加。提出了在安全许可范围内缩小喷嘴和动叶间的轴向间隙(前移转子),可较大降低级漏汽损失和撞击损失,提高机组热效率的理论。该理论对指导小型热电机组节能降耗工作的开展具有重大的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Take the Unit # 1 of thermal Power Plant in Xuzhou for example,adopt the method of theoretical analysis combined with field test,discussed the influence of rotor backward on unit economy.The reasons of rotor backward lower unit economy are Obtained by thermodynamic theory：（1） the increasing of impact loss of movable blade by rotor backward;（2） the increasing of Leakage loss of front seal, diaphragm shaft seal and movable blade Top by rotor backward.This thesis is proposed by theory of reducing dynamic static axial clearance （front shift rotor） in range of safe permission,decreased grade leakage loss and impact loss greatly and improved power unit grade efficiency.It has great realistic significance for guiding energy saving and consumption reduction of thermoelectric miniature power unit proposed by the theory. |
