| 摘 要： | 本文利用多组分多级分离的严格算法对苯、甲苯、异丙苯精馏过程中的精馏塔进行模拟计算,通过对重要操作参数进行分析,得到优化的操作条件:P=130300Pa,TF=363.64K,NF=7,R=2.0,并在此条件下得到最终的优化结果。结果表明,优化后的分离效果较好,且能耗低。

| Abstract: | This paper used strict algorithm to simulate benzene,toluene and isopropyl benzene distillation process,simultaneously analysed important parameters and got the optimized operating conditions：P=130300Pa,TF =363.64K,NF =7,R=2.0,finally got the result with the optimized operating conditions,the result indicate that the separating effect is better and energy consumption is lower. |
