| 摘 要： | 我国的环境问题尤其水体污染日益严重，控制水体污染的诸多方法中，在污染物总量采取控制和限排的前提下，水体中污染物总量如何公平、合理分配对降低水污染至关重要。随着科学技术的进步和发展，总量分配的方法日趋增多，本文综述并分析了水污染物总量分配的各种方法。

| Abstract: | Because environmental problem are aggravated especially in water pollution in China.how to reasonably and fairly distribute water gross pollution in many means of controlling pollution is vital for receding water pollution on condition that gross pollution is controlled and limited.Along with the progress and development of technology,the means of distributing gross are increased,so many means are analyzed and summarized in the text. |
