摘    要:基因工程是生物工程专业的主干课程,重点培养学生的创新精神、实践能力和综合素质。该文根据生物工程专业的特点和人才培养要求,构建了基础综合实验-校内专业实习-研究创新实验“三层次”实践教学体系,介绍了实践教学的设计原则、实践教学的环节与内容、实践教学的组织与实施、实践教学的考核与收获。通过实践教学的改革,培养了学生分析问题、解决问题和实验操作能力,从而达到培养学生创新精神和实践能力的目的。

Abstract:Gene engineering is the main course of biological engineering. It should be adapted to the demand of innovation spirit, practice ability and comprehensive quality of students. According to the bio-engineering specialized characteristic and the personnel training request, the college has constructed "three levels" practice teaching system, namely, foundation synthesis experiment-school specialized practice - research innovation experiment. This article mainly introduces the practice teaching principle of design, practice teaching link and content, practice teaching organization and implementation, practice teaching inspection and achievements. :Through practice teaching reform, the students have been enabled to analyze the question, to solve the problem and DIY experiment ability, thus achieving the goal to train the students to innovate spiritually and practically.
