摘    要:实验教学是《发酵工程》教学工作中的一个重要环节,为了改进和完善实验教学,对实验教学内容进行了优化,构建了《发酵工程》大实验内容体系;在教学过程中,探索和尝试了自主式实验教学、开放式实验教学和多元化实验教学模式;在实验过程评价和终端评价的基础上,完善了《发酵工程》实验教学全过程动态评价体系。

Abstract:Experiment teaching is an important part of fermentation engineering teaching, in order to improve experiment teaching, the experimental contents have been optimized and reorganized, the new system of experiment contents has been constructed. In the process of teaching, autonomic experiment teaching, opening experiment teaching and diverse experiment teaching have been tried and ex- plored. The evaluation system of experiment teaching has also been improved on the basis of process evaluation and terminal evaluation.
