摘    要:采用氧化物陶瓷工艺制备高频低功耗MnZn功率铁氧体,研究不同Co2O3添加量对高频低功耗MnZn功率铁氧体微观结构及磁性能的影响。结果表明:适当的Co2O3添加可以提高样品的起始磁导率,并在宽温范围内具有低功耗特性;同时,适当的Co2O3添加降低了材料的剩磁,可改善材料的叠加特性。

Abstract:Low loss MnZn power feiTites at high frequency were prepared by conventional oxide ceramic process. Influences of Co2O3 additive on the microstructure and magnetic properties of MnZn ferrites were investigated. The results indicated that proper Co2O3 addition could enhance the initial permeability and decrease the power losses in wide temperature range. Owing to its influence on the remanence, proper Co2O3 additive can enhance the DC - bias performance of the MnZn ferrites.
