| 摘 要： | 文中对省属高校中大型精密仪器设备开放共享在采购论证、管理机制、实验室人员队伍等方面存在的问题进行了分析。针对存在的问题,就健全管理机制、充分进行采购论证、加强实验室人员队伍建设和建立相应的信息化管理平台等方面论述了如何提高省属高校大型精密仪器设备的使用效率,整合优势资源,加大开放共享力度进行了初步的探讨。

| Abstract: | This paper describes in the procurement of feasibility studies,management,laboratory staff team and other aspects of provincial universities in the open sharing of large precision instruments and equipment to analyze the problems.For problems,we put forward measure to improve the management mechanism,and fully carry out procurement of feasibility studies,to strengthen construction and building laboratory personnel information management platform for the appropriate.How to improve the provincial of large precision instruments and equipment efficiency,integration of advantageous resources,increase open sharing efforts were discussed. |
