| 摘 要： | 针对电子科技大学计算机实验中心在创新型人才培养方面存在的诸多问题,提出了一种适合于实验中心的创新型人才培养体系。该体系瞄准创新型人才培养,以国家级计算机实验教学示范中心及其各类资源为依托,通过紧密结合代表新技术发展方向的科研团队,以提升实验师资队伍业务水平,优化实验课程设置,调动学生创新热情、培养创新能力。该体系的应用,将为学校、为社会、为国家培养一批具有创新能力的强而有力的科研后备队伍。

| Abstract: | Faced with many problems about bringing up students with innovative abilities in computer laboratory center,this paper proposed a system for bringing up students with innovative abilities in centers.The system aimed at bringing up students with innovative abilities and depended on the national level computer experiment teaching demonstration center and its resource.Through combining scientific research teams,the system improved the professional level of teachers and curriculum plan,aroused enthusiasm of students and brought up innovative abilities.The system will bring up the reserve of talents of scientific research teams for universities,society and nation. |
