| 摘 要： | 校内实训基地是工学结合的物质基础和必要条件。以培养高技能人才为目标，建设学习型生产性校内实训基地，需要树立“学校与企业结合、专业与产业结合、教学与生产结合、理论与实践结合、学习与就业结合”的建设理念；构建政府主导、学校主导、校企共建等模式；引企业进校园、融专业入产业，校企合作、工学结合，立长效机制、育高技能人才。

| Abstract: | College-in-house training - bases are the essential teaching conditions for task-oriented learning. To cultivate and train the students to be highly qualified and skilled, it is very important to bring forth new ideas of the bases construction and build up the highlevel bases to be of learning and producing functions. It is also necessary to introduce the enterprises onto campus and blend the specialized field into the industry during the bases construction. Several college-in-house training base-models, such as government or college-led and college-enterprise cooperated, are presented. |
