机构运动方案仿真实验平台研究

摘    要:运用Solidworks三维建模技术构建了机构运动方案创新设计仿真实验平台,采用将虚拟实验、仿真分析和实际操作相结合的方法,开设了机构运动方案创新设计实验。建立了常用典型机构的三维装配体模型库,并将常用典型机构的三维装配体模型导入到虚拟样机仿真软件ADAMS中,生成常用机构的虚拟样机模型库,学生对机构仿真模型进行运动仿真模拟可以方便地得到各常用机构的运动参数。

Abstract:Based on Solidworks,the simulation experimental platform for mechanism movement innovative design is established.Combined with virtual experiment,simulation and actual operation,the mechanism movement innovative design experiment are offered.The three dimensional assembly model database of commonly used and typical mechanism is estabished and imported into the virtual prototype simulation software ADAMS in which a virtual prototype model database is established.Students can get the kinematic parameters of commonly used mechanism easily through kinematic simulation.
