适应“卓越工程师培养计划”的毕业设计改革

高校开展毕业设计的目的是使学生受到工程技术人才所必需的综合训练,检验学生通过4年的学习是否掌握了工程设计的思想方法和必需的基本技能。但近年来,在就业、考研等外部压力下,学生对毕业设计普遍投入不足,本科毕业设计水平普遍下降。文中分析了我国高校毕业设计现状,以＂卓越工程师培养计划＂的实施为契机,提出了毕业设计改革思路：包括前期课程准备、团队选题模式、毕业设计时间自主、多样化毕业设计成果考核等。

Exploration of Reform of Graduation Project Fitted Outstanding Engineers Plans

The purposes of graduation project includes training students＇ engineering design ability and verifying whether students having the basic skills to perform engineering design. Due to the pressure, such as obtain employment and graduate student enrollment test, students take no account of graduation project, quality of graduation project continual declining. The actuality of graduation project is analyzed, and reform notions are put forward. The reform notions include, course preparing, team project selection, time self-determination, estimation diversification.
