| 摘 要： | 论述了实验教师、实验课程、实验课运行、实验教学档案、实验教学质量5个方面的规范化管理问题。对如何行之有效地管好实验教学，更好地为社会培养出创新型人才进行了探讨。近3年来建立了一个完整的实验教学管理模式，提高了实验教学质量，从而提高了整体教学质量水平，也为本科教学评估创优打下了基础。

| Abstract: | This essay illustrates the following five aspects in Normalized managements: experiment teachers,experiment courses,operation of experiment courses,experiment teaching files,and experiment teaching quality. It also deals with how to improve the efficiency of experiment courses and train the innovative talents better and establish a comprehensive experiment teaching management system after threeyears' practice and revision in order to upgrade the equality of experiment courses and eventually upgrade the whole teaching quality which has laid a solid base for getting the best result in undergraduate teaching evaluating. |
