| 摘 要： | 实验技术队伍建设在高等教育中起着重要作用，加强实验技术队伍建设，是加强高校师资队伍建设的重要举措。针对山东农业大学实验技术队伍的状况和问题进行了调查问卷，提出了加强我校实验技术队伍建设的对策与建议，总结了我校实验室建设取得的显著成绩。

| Abstract: | Laboratory technicians play a significant role in higher education. Strengthening laboratory technicians construetion is an essential part in the staff training of higher education institutions. The investigating report is analyzed aiming at the circumstances and problems of lab staffs construction in Shandong agriculture university, The article puts forward the suggestion to strengthen the lab staffs construction and summarizes the marked achievement in laboratory construction in our university. |
