ALIS驱动电路的设计与电压波形的实现

摘    要:介绍了表面交替发光型等离子显示屏驱动电路的硬件设计,主要对准备期、寻址期电路及能量恢复电路进行了分析和研究。指出PDP显示器驱动在X、Y、A电极上均需有多种电压出现,只对其提供稳定的电源电压是不能实现驱动要求的。等离子显示器件工作在高压脉冲状态下,要求开关速度很快,因此在驱动电路设计中多采用功率场效应晶体管用作高压电源控制,控制驱动电极在不同时间与它所需要的电压相连接。文章最后介绍了ALIS驱动电压的波形设计方法。

Abstract:The hardware design of plasma display drive circuit, especially the alternate lighting of surface is introduced in the paper. It is analyzed and researched in the circuit of preproduction, location, and recovery of energy. It is pointed out that X, Y and A electrodes in the PDP drive all need many kinds of voltage. If only steady electrical source provided, the drive request cant be realized. When PDP works in the state of high voltage pulse, on-off speed must be very quick, so in the design of drive circuit, MOSFET is always used as high voltage controller that connects drive electrodes with their requested voltages in different periods. In the end, the waveform design method of ALIS drive voltage is discussed.
