摘    要:在分析了现有开放式数控系统的特点和发展状况基础上,从PLC的辅助功能总体思路出发,建立了一个开放式的数控软件和硬件平台,以达到让参加实验的人员能按照模块化的概念了解和掌握先进的数控装备体系的结构,能够单独进行机床部件设计,编制驱动程序的数控软件代码。该平台是集机械设计制造、电气、控制自动化和加工自动化于一体的综合性实验平台。

Abstract:After analysing the characteristics and development foundation of the existing open numerical system,considering the auxiliary function of PLC,we have set up an open numerical control software and hardware platform.On this platform,people who take part in this experiment could understand and master advanced numerical control equipment system structure according to the concept of module.They can also design the parts of lathe alone,and work out the numerical control software code of the driver.This platform is a comprehensive experiment platform which integrates mechanic design,mechanic manufacture,electric engineering,control automation and processing automation.
