| 摘 要： | 介绍了农业生态与环境重点实验室建立的背景,针对实验室存在人少、仪器多和管理工作任务繁重的实际情况,探索出了科学有效管理实验室的模式,通过实行采用收费制、实行分类管理、统一安排和适当赔偿的管理模式,提高了仪器的利用率,取得了较好的管理效益。

| Abstract: | Background of establishment on key laboratory of agricultural ecology and environment was introduced.Considered the actual situation of fewer laboratory management workers,more instruments and more management tasks,the scientific and effective management mode was put forward.The mode of adopted charge,classified management,united arrangement and appropriate compensation on laboratory instruments was used,it enhanced instrument use efficiency and obtained better management benefits. |
