| 摘 要： | 高学历人才应该承担一定的科学责任和社会责任,勇于参与知识创新和培养具有高度创新能力的高素质人才。本科生创新实验平台是一个人才培养的有效载体。文中首先分析了现阶段本科生创新人才培养实验平台存在的问题,然后指出了要解决这些存在问题以后需要改进的方面,最后提出了创新人才平台在引进高学历人才时需要完善的政策和策略。只有在高学历人才的强大支撑下,创新实验平台才能真正起到培养新世纪创新人才的目的。

| Abstract: | Highly educated talents should be liable for certain scientific and social responsibility,to actively participate in knowledge innovation and train high-quality talents with highly-innovative ability. Innovative talent training platform is an effective carrier of undergraduate talent training. This paper firstly analyzes current questions on the experimental platform for undergraduate innovative personnel training. Then,fields to be improved are pointed out in order to deal with these existing questions. Lastly,some effective strategies are put forward when highly educated talents are introduced into the platform in the future. Only under the strong support of highly educated people,innovative experimental platform can play its real role to cultivate innovative talents in the new century. |
