土建类工程人才培养模式建设实践

中国已经成为华盛顿协议组织成员,为我国的高等工程教育提出了更高的要求。文中结合大连海洋大学工程人才培养模式改革试点专业的建设实践,分析了华盛顿协议影响下我国高等工程教育存在的问题,提出了土建类工程人才培养模式创新改革的思路,构建了与之相适应的课程体系和基于工程实践的创新教学体系,并在专业建设基础上提出了土建类工程人才培养模式改革创新的措施。

Study on the Practice of Constructing Professional Pilot of Engineering Talents Training Mode

China has become the member of the Washington Accord organization,which put forward higher requirements for Chinese higher engineering education. In connection with innovative reform of the professional pilot of engineering talents training model in Dalian Ocean University,the current situation of training engineering talents are analyzed in ordinary universities. The study puts forward how to innovate training model in engineering talents of Civil Engineering,and builds a curriculum system which is accommodated to the training model and an innovative teaching system which is based on engineering practice. Furthermore,the innovative measures to training model based on practice are put forward.
