摘    要:分析了高校毕业生需要掌握先进制造技术、熟悉先进制造装备的必要性。说明了反求工程及快速制造实验系统的原理、组成和功能,介绍了三维扫描仪、FDM快速成型机和真空浇注机所形成的快速制造实验系统的结构模式,根据机械类和近机械类学生的实际情况,建立起反求类和快速制造类两大类实验体系。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the necessity of college graduates should master advanced manufacturing technology and be familiar with advanced manufacturing equipment. The theory, composition and function of re-engineering and rapid prototyping manufacturing are explained in detail. The experimental system which consists of three-dimensional scanner, FDM rapid prototype machine and vacuum casting machine is introduced. Two serials of experiments consisting of re-engineering experiment system and rapid prototyping manufacturing experiment system are developed based on the academic situation of machinery and near machinery students.
