| 摘 要： | 分析了新时期农林高校实验室管理存在的主要问题，提出了实验室管理改革应坚持的基本原则。结合四川农业大学的办学实际，从改革实验室管理体制和运行机制、建立健全管理规章制度、切实加强实验室管理工作、不断优化实验教学队伍等方面介绍了该校实验室管理模式的改革与实践。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the main problems about laboratory management of agriculture and forestry university laboratory in the new period and puts forward the basic principles of reform.According to the fact of Sichuan Agricultural University,one introduces the reform and practice of the university.It includes reforming laboratory management,establishing rules and regulations of laboratory management,strengthening management of laboratory and optimizing experimental team continually. |
