摘    要:探讨了基于项目目标法的"小老师"团队的实验教学模式。学生通过自愿报名和择优录取的方式组成"小老师"实验团队,教师将实验任务以"项目目标"方式分配给团队,团队进行实验方案设计、实验内容探索,从教学准备、实验、报告批改、总结改进等一系列活动完成完整的"项目"。该实验模式可促进教师从指导实验向设计实验的角色改进,可促进学生在团队中快速提升主动获取知识的能力、严谨的思维能力和团队意识,使其创新潜能得以启发与发挥。

Abstract:The experimental teaching mode based on the project-object-method with little-teachers leading their own team has been discussed in this paper.The little-teachers team are first generated from the excellent applicants within the volunteers.The experimental object is attributed to the teams in a " project object" mode by the teacher,then the team will design the scheme of the experiment,explore the content of the experiment.The team would accomplish the whole " project" through a series of activities including teaching preparation,experiment,report correcting,improvement summarizing and so on.The experimental mode could promote the teachers to change their roles from guiding the experiment to designing the experiment.It could promote the rapid increase of students' ability of obtaining knowledge by themselves,skills of critical thinking,senses of team.It could raise students' creative potential also.
