| 摘 要： | 通过分析高校仪器设备政府采购存在的效率问题,使西南科技大学资产与实验室管理处在实践中越来越深切感受到采用网上竞价系统的重要意义,它在突破时间和空间的局限性、在压缩采购环节、节约成本、在优化采购方式、实现公共利益最大化上一直发挥着"低碳"的作用。
