摘    要:利用Origin软件对法拉第效应实验的数据进行线性拟合与作图。包括两项内容:一是固定光波长λ,测量旋光角α随磁场强度B的变化,做出α—B曲线,并求出费尔德常数V;二是固定磁场强度B,测量费尔德常数V随波长λ的变化,并做出V和λ^-2的关系曲线。实验表明,利用Origin软件处理实验数据与作图,具有简洁、快捷与直观等特点,避免了人为因素所造成的误差。

Abstract:The Origin software is used in the data treating to llne matching and making diagram in Faraday effect experiment. Two tasks have been carried out in this paper. One is to measure the relationship between the azimuth rotation of the polarization plane of the linearly polarized optical beam and magnetic field strength by a fixed light wavelength, and make their graph, then find the Verdet constant. The other is to measure the relationship between the Verdet constant and the light wavelength by a fixed magnetic field strength, and make the graph. The experiment is concise and rapid with audio-visual results, and through the application of Origin software in the data treating and making diagram, error producing from the handing treatment can be avoided.
