| 摘 要： | 分析了目前植检实验室仪器设备管理在人员、财务处理、报废程序、仪器使用率、维修等方面的不足之处,并在实验室设备采购、运用软件管理、人才培养、实验室开放等方面提出了改进措施,使植检实验室在仪器设备使用率和管理水平上有新的提高。
