旅游实验室建设的思路

实践教学是培养学生研究能力、实践能力和创新能力的有效模式。要培养符合社会需要的创新人才,必须进行实践教学的改革。旅游管理这样的"应用专业"应该怎么办,大多数人已经认识到应该以"理论够用为度,加强学生的动手能力,实际能力"为原则。高校旅游综合实验室是集餐厅、酒吧、客房、形体、多媒体、语音等于一体的综合性实验室,根据旅游专业人才培养的目标,分析旅游实验室建设的意义和实验教学中存在的问题,提出旅游实验室改革应从旅游实验教师队伍建设的设想、旅游实验室建设体系、旅游实验室的管理模式及发展方向。

Thought of the Tourism Laboratories Construction

Practical teaching is one of the effective teaching methods of training students＇ research ability,practical ability and creative ability.As practical teaching improvement is necessary if we want to train the qualified students accordant with the society.For the application profession,how to manage and build tourism management,most people have come to understand that the application of profession should be enough for the theory and strengthen the students＇ practical ability,practical ability,principle.Tourism colleges and universities general laboratory is a restaurant,bar,guest rooms,physical,multimedia,voice of equal integrated real room.According to the aim of tourism major,this paper analyses meanings of lab construction and existing problems of experiment teaching.Finally,this paper puts forward some important development orientations,such as tentative plan of teacher troop,system of lab construction,and management model of lab.
