公交调度优化模型及其解法研究

公交调度是公交企业运营的核心内容。提高城市公交的运营调度水平,是改善城市公交服务质量、提高公交吸引力的重要途径。文章从公交乘客利益和公交企业利益角度出发,建立了以客流需求为基础数据,以乘客候车满意度、车上舒适度和企业满意度为目标的公交调度多目标优化模型,采用幂加权和法将多目标问题转化为单目标问题,并用改进遗传算法对问题进行求解。介绍了模型候车乘客流分布函数、下车概率函数的处理方法和各组成要素的计算方法以及问题的转化和解法的具体步骤,最后结合邯郸市公交实例进行了优化计算。

Study on the Optimal Model and Solution for the Problem of Public Transport Dispatch

Public transport dispatching is the main task of the bus company.To enhance the level of public transport dispatching management is an important means of improving the service quality of urban public transport and attracting bus passengers.This paper considers the interest of bus passengers and agency,builds a multi-objective optimization model of the public transport dispatching,which takes the passengers satisfaction and bus company efficiency as the objective function.The model was transacted by sum of weighted power and solved by improved genetic algorithms.The factors and algorithm of this model were presented.At last,the model was applied in bus route of Handan.
