摘    要:针对创新创业教育普遍存在的一些局限,文中探讨适合深圳地方经济发展需要的创新创业人才培养模式。深圳大学计算机与软件学院通过校企合作,采用CDIO工程教育模式,建立了实验室创新项目、科研助理、创新基地和俱乐部等多元化创新实践模式,提供了职场体验、企业实训、创业训练营和创业大赛等情景式创业实践平台,并采取了全方位实验室开放等实践措施,从而构建了创新创业教育实践体系,提高了学生的创新创业素养和能力,取得了较好的实施效果。

Abstract:Cuhivating some limitations in the innovation and entrepreneurship education, this paper explores on the cultivation schema of innovative and entrepreneurial capacity, which is suitable for the needs of Shenzhen local economic development. In order to improve the innovative and entrepreneurial capacity, we build the practice teaching architecture in cooperation with the enterprises. Based on the CDIO schema, this architecture includes three dimensions. The first one is the diverse innovative practices mode, such as innova- tive project, research assistants, innovative bases and elubs. The second one is the scenario-specific entrepreneurship practice plat- forms, which includes workplace experience, enterprise training, entrepreneurship training camp and competition. And the last one is the all-round laboratory opening mechanism. This practice teaching reform brings good effects.
