蠕动泵控制软件的设计及应用

摘    要:现代蠕动泵多配有与计算机的接口,采用计算机控制,可方便蠕动泵的使用。文章以ISMATEC公司的ISM834型蠕动泵为例,在厂家提供的RS-232基本控制命令基础上,编写了蠕动泵控制软件,设计了手动操作和自动控制两种工作模式,实现了蠕动泵的计算机远程控制,并应用于细胞力学FlowChamber实验系统中,达到了对细胞剪切力准确控制的目的。

Abstract:Peristaltic pumps are equipped with computer interface,and it is convenient to use the peristaltic pump under the control of computer. Taking ISM834 peristaltic pump produced by ISMATEC for example,with the basic control commands based on RS-232 provided by the manufacturer,the controlling software is designed to achieve computer remote control with two operating modes. One is manual operation,the other is automatic control. The software is applied in the cell mechanics Flow Chamber system,and reaches the purpose of exactly controlling the cell shear stress.
