容栅测角数显仪的误差分析

摘    要:容栅测角数显仪是一种角行程传感器,其动栅和定栅是平行的两个圆盘,可实现两圆盘的完全覆盖。文章介绍了群聚型测角传感器的结构,分析了影响测量精度的因素和改进方法。

Abstract:The capacitive grating angle measuring display instrument is an angle-travel sensor,and its movable grid and fixed grid are placed in a parallel way, so a full covering between the two grids can be achieved. The bunching angle measuring transducer structure is introduced in this paper, and the factors influencing measuring precision are analyzed.
