摘    要:为适应遗传学实验教学改革和应对所面临的巨大挑战,需要多种整合来提高教学效果。对教师而言,除了及时更新和补充现代遗传学的知识以外,尤其要重视实验技能培养的3个层次。如何有效地避免简单的验证性实验并将其整合为综合性的大实验,最终启发学生进行自主性实验设计,并在开放实验室中自主完成实验来提高学生分析问题和解决问题的创新性能力是对教师的迫切要求。

Abstract:To meet the teaching reform of the genetics experimental teaching and face the great challenge encountered in reforming, multiple tactics should be integrated to enhance the teaching effect. In addition to timely updating the modem genetics knowledge, the three - level experimental skills cultivation should be paid more attention for. teachers. It is urgent for the teachers effectively avoided and integrated the simple verification experiments into the comprehensive experiments, which ultimately enlightens the students to design the experiments by themselves and fulfill them in the free lab via the opening experimentation, so as to improve the students's ability to analyze and solve problems.
