| Abstract: | This paper introduces a specific way to improve large-scale devices' utility efficiency in a university. By measures such as constructing open platform, opening maintenance fund for large-scale precise devices as well as evaluating on benefit, the sharing of large-scale precise devices was highly promoted. |
