摘    要:高等学校如何创新教学模式,理论课和实验课相结合,培养应用型人才,是亟待解决的问题。随着网络信息技术的发展及其在高等学校教学中的应用,为建立虚拟实验室培养应用型人才提供了有力的平台。文中以创建基因工程"DNA抽提的虚拟实验"为例,结合电子科技大学中山学院的网络教学资源,系统介绍了建设基因工程虚拟实验的意义、基本思路及设计原则,以期对该环境下的其他课程探索创建虚拟实验提供有益参考。

Abstract:How to innovate a teaching model of combination of theory course and expentiment course in order to train applied talents is an urgent problem to be solved for the independent college.Based on the development and application of network information technology in institutions of higher education,developing virtual experiment has become a powerful platform for training applied talents.In this paper,taking "developing virtual experiment of DNA extraction" as example,one systematically presented the design principles of developing virtual experiment of genetic engineering and its significance based on our college network.It will offer helpful reference for other subjects to develop virtual experiment based on the network.
