摘    要:将先进仪器应用于实验教学之中,用连续流动分析仪测定土壤对氮素的吸附平衡液中NO3--N、NH4 -N,不但避免了以往用传统方法超学时严重,实验结果偏离真值的现象,同时,使学生扩大眼界,增强了创新意识,并使所学知识得到综合运用。

Abstract:In this paper, advanced instruments were used in the experiment teaching. The NO3--N and NH4 -N in suction balance liquor of calcareous soil on nitrogen fertilizer were analyzed by Continuous Flow Analytical System. Compared with traditional methods, this method can save a lot of time and the experiment results would be close to the true value. Thus students can broaden their mind and improve their innovative ability.
