农学分子生物学实验室教学体系的建设

随着现代科学技术的迅猛发展,分子生物学和基因工程方法与技术已经渗透到现代生命科学的各个分支领域,成为农业生物工程的核心技术。文章结合西北农林科技大学农学院的专业特点以及分子生物学实验室的最基本的目标和功能,建立了具有农学院特点的分子生物学和基因工程实验教学内容和体系。同时引入自主设计综合性实验,实行开放式教学,注重基础素质培养,经过多年的积累,形成了较为完备的教学内容体系。

Development in Experiment Teaching System of Molecular Biology Laboratory in Agronomy College

With the modern development of science and technology, molecular biology and genetic engineering methods and modern technology have penetrated into all branches of the life sciences field, have become the core of the agricultural hio-engineering technology. In this paper, according to the professional characteristics of the agricultural college molecular biology laboratory of the basic objectives and functions, it is established that molecular biology and genetic engineering experiment teaching content and systems with the characteristics of agricultural college. At the same time, autonomy and integrity experimentations are introduced, and teaching method of optimistic locking is used in teaching process, based on the quality of student-oriented culture. After years of practice of the accumulation, a relatively complete system of teaching content has been formed.
