摘    要:文中介绍了一种微机控制下的电流-电压-亮度(IVL)测试系统的设计,该系统主要用于测试有机发光二极管(OLED)器件的电流-电压-亮度等光电参数,具有测试速度快和易于操作等特点;系统的研制成功可对OLED显示器件物理机制的研究提供测试手段。

Abstract:The design of a new type of current-voltage-luminance (IVL) measurement system controlled by a PC is introduced. This system is mainly used to measure the IVL of OLED. It guarantees a great precision and measuring speed. This system provides a measuring method for the study of the physical mechanism of OLED.
