TiO2颗粒表面包覆Al2O3纳米膜及其表征

摘    要:采用连续法在TiO2颗粒表面进行了纳米层Al2O3的包膜,通过TEM、HRTEM、EDS、XPS、ICP和光学性质表征,证明了Al2O3在TiO2颗粒表面形成了一层连续的纳米膜,该层纳米膜比较疏松,厚度为7—10nm。XPS证明Al2O3为物理包覆,没有Ti—O—Al键形成。光学性质的检测表明了Al2O3包膜后TiO2其消色力、白度、光泽性都有明显提高,并且其在表面憎水性增强,油中分散性提高。

Abstract:The nano-layer of Al2O3 on the surface of TiO2 particles was formed and characterized. The results of TEM, HRTEM, EDS, XPS and ICP analysis showed that AlO3 was continuously coated on the surface of TiO2 particles. The Al2O3 nano-layer was 7 - 10 nm thick. The Al2O3 were combined onto TiO2 particle surface through physical adsorbing, no chemical bond of Ti-O-Al formed. The optical and the dispersion properties of coated TiO2 particles were significantly modified.
