| 摘 要： | 探讨新形势下实验教学模式是高校教学改革的一个重要方面。对细胞生物学实验教学进行改革,探索"小班化"实验教学模式,采取优化实验教学内容,增加综合性实验,开放式实验教学,完善实验考核,使实验教学和课堂教学成为一个有机整体,提高了学生的动手能力和创造能力,为培养素质高、综合能力强的有用人才提供了科学保证。

| Abstract: | Exploration of modem experimental teaching mode is an important aspect of teaching reform in colleges and universities. Our experimental teaching reform in the course of Cell Biology is by exploration of ＂small class＂ model, optimization of experimental teach- ing content, increase of comprehensive experiments, and actualization of open classroom teaching and improvement of assessment model. The reform integrated experimental teaching with classroom teaching and enhanced student＇s practical ability and innovation a- bility, which provided scientist guarantee for the training of talent with high - quality and comprehensive ability. |
