| Abstract: | High-quality and high-efficiency technology service of scientific instruments is an important guarantee for rapid development of the scientific research and construction of research university. To provide high-quality technology services,the idea of technical management should be ahead of time and keep innovation to realize specialization and informatization. This paper will discuss the role of the technical personnel and modern information technology in technical management of the scientific instruments. |
