摘    要:采用传统的固相法制备出Ni0.45Cu0.14Zn0.41Fe2O4铁氧体材料,通过掺杂1.2wt V2O5助烧剂对材料进行低温烧结(880℃~920℃)。并通过XRD,SEM,VSM以及磁导率测试对材料进行分析和表征。结果表明:NiCuZn铁氧体实现了良好的低温烧结,成像单一、晶粒均匀,饱和磁化强度达到了67.92 emu/g,磁导率也达到了220。表明稳定的材料性能可以满足片式电感的应用要求。

Abstract:In this paper, we synthesized Ni0.45 Cu0.14 Zn0.41 Fe2O4 ferrite materials by traditional state solid method, and investigated the low temperature sintering project (880℃-920℃ ) by adding additive of 1.2wt % V2O5. Magnetic properties and structure of the powders were investigated by XRD, SEM, VSM and magnetic permeability teehniques. The results showed NiCuZn ferrites were suc- cessful low-temperature sintered, and the phase was single. The saturation magnetization reached 67.92 emu/g and the permeability was 220. The results showed the materials could meet the request of multilayer chip inductor.
