数控五轴加工叶轮的实验教学探索

摘    要:将数控五轴加工技术纳入教学环节是为企业提供高水平编程工程师的必然途径。该实验教学尝试以整体式叶轮作为教学模型;以UG NX CAD/CAM一体化软件作为教学平台;以五轴联动加工中心作为教学设备。多年来的教学运行表明:该教学模式可以让学生较好地掌握数控五轴编程技术的工作流程,大大提高他们数控编程的综合能力。

Abstract:It is a necessary way to introduce five-axis NC machining technology into teaching program for training high level program- ming engineers. This experimental teaching method tries to take theintegral impeller as the teaching model, regard the UG NX CAD/ CAM integrated software as the teaching platform and takes the five-axis linkage machining center as the teaching equipment. After years of teaching operation, it can be concluded : the students can better master the workflow of five-axis NC programming technology and their synthetic ability of CNC programming can be improved greatly.
