从Pb-Pt-Pd合金中真空蒸馏分离Pb

摘    要:采用真空蒸馏方法分离Pb-Pt-Pd合金,考察温度、蒸馏时间、真空度对真空蒸馏分离效果的影响。研究结果表明:含Pt和Pd分别为5%的Pb-Pt-Pd合金在1 250 K和30 Pa条件下进行1次蒸馏,当蒸馏时间延长至2 h后Pb脱除率接近于92.6%,1次蒸余物中的Pt和Pd含量保持在60%左右。将1次蒸余物在1 523 K和30 Pa条件下进行2次及3次蒸馏,所得2次及3次蒸余物中Pt和Pd质量分数分别为67.23%和68.98%。

Abstract:Vacuum distillation for separation of Pb from Pb-Pt-Pd alloy was investigated.The effects of temperature,distillation time and pressure on the vacuum separation were studied.The primary distillation results show that the removal rate of Pb is close to 92.6%,and Pt and Pd content in primary distillation residue remained around 60% when the Pb-Pt-Pd alloy containing 5% Pt and 5% Pd is distillated for more than 2 h at 1 250 K and 30 Pa.After secondary distillation and third distillation under the same conditio...
