ML工业型煤成型机的设计及仿真分析

摘    要:对工业型煤成型机的传动机构、给料装置及型轮型窝等关键部件进行结构改进.采用过桥齿轮传动实现从动型轮轴的退让,以保护价格较高的型轮部件;采用螺旋强制给料机构提高成型前物料的密度和可塑性,以保证型煤成品的强度;采用型槽与型齿对应配置的型窝,在获得同样强度的型球条件下降低成型压力,减小动力消耗.同时,对重要部件的传动装置用Pro/E进行建模与运动及动力仿真分析,避免结构干涉以及确定结构合理受力.新的结构提高了型煤机的技术性能和型煤质量,同时降低了设备制造成本和动力消耗.

Abstract:The key components such briquetting machine were improved. as drive The to implement the concession of driven sh bri aft device, feed equipment and combination roll of coal dge-type synchronous gear-drive device was designed in order to protect the costly roll. The helixes feed equipment was used to improve the plasticity of material to ensure the strength of products. The motion simulation system of key components was developed to avoid the interference and be loaded properly. The results show that the performance of coal briquetting machine and quality of briquette are enhanced with the new construction.
