铝电解槽内磁场的三维数值分析

摘    要:在前人工作的基础上,进一步完善了铝电解槽内三维磁场的等效磁偶极子模型,在对等效磁偶极子物理模型合理简化的前提下,推导了计算铝电解槽内三维磁场的数学模型,给出了相应的计算程序框图,结合我国现行80kA上插棒式铝电解槽的母线配置进行了磁场的数值分析,讨论了此类糟型母线配置的优化方向。

Abstract:On the basis of the representation of the steel part by multiple magnetic dipoles,a spe-cial method for the calculation of magnetic field in alumina reduction cell was developed. Andthe physical model about the magnetic dipoles in the cell was described.The mathemati-cal equations were derived and the related program design was given. As an example, thethesis calculated the magnetic flux density in 80 kA vs aluminium electrolvsis cell of ourcountry with current busbar system and analysed the magnetic field distrihution. Finally wediscussed the optimization of the busbar system about that kind of cell based on our model.
