摘    要:为净化密闭电石炉尾气,采用浸渍法制备CoCl2改性活性炭纤维(ACF)吸附剂,通过容积法测试浸渍液浓度对PH3饱和吸附量的影响,研究不同温度下PH3气体在改性ACF上的等温吸附行为。研究结果表明:浸渍液浓度最佳值为0.2mol/L,此改性ACF对PH3的饱和吸附量为19.674mg/g;PH3在CoCl2改性ACF上的吸附量随温度升高而迅速降低,在298,313和328K时PH3的饱和吸附量分别为19.674,13.537和11.087mg/g;Freundlich吸附等温方程较好地模拟了PH3在改性ACF上的等温吸附;PH3气体在改性ACF上的等量吸附热随吸附量的增大而减小,表明改性ACF吸附剂表面能量的不均匀性;吸附热在16~24kJ/mol范围内,过程为物理吸附,有利于密闭电石炉尾气的净化。

Abstract:In order to purify tail gas of airtight calcium-carbide furnace and recycle phosphine (PH3) from it, the CoCl2-modified activated carbon fiber (ACF) was prepared by wet impregnation method and the influence of CoCl2 concentration was examined by testing saturation adsorbed amount. Adsorption isotherms over the phosphine partial pressure at different temperatures were measured.
