摘    要:运用第一类线性积分形式建立剥除层残余应力与试样变形之间的关系;通过变形反求应力,还原厚板内部连续的应力变化,推导应力求解积分形式;进行层削法和裂纹柔度法测试实验,比较这2种方法的测试结果的异同。研究结果表明:运用积分法求解得到的残余应力场能较准确地反映厚板内部应力分布特点;积分中核函数决定力学方法解的特征,采用层削法所得结果反映了厚板剥除层内平均应力,采用裂纹柔度法所得结果则反映裂纹处应力的平均值,这2种方法都能较准确地反映厚板内部应力特征。

Abstract:Relationship between deformation in plate and residual stress in removal layer was established by using the first kind of linear integral, in which deformation inverse determined continuous stress profile through-depth in aluminum alloy thick plate.
